★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco profesional. Me hicieron una instalación que a los pocos meses se salió la jaladera. Los contacte para que fueran a arreglarlo, y dos veces quedaron de ir a arreglarlo. Las dos veces no llegaron, los volví a contactar varias veces y ya ni siquiera me contestaron. Por fin conseguí quien me lo reparara y al revisar el porque fallo, me confirmaron que lo habían hecho mal (solo metieron tornillo normal y no lo aseguraron del otro lado lo cual ocasiono que la jaladera se fuera aflojando con el uso rapidamente).
Insisto poco profesionales.
Respondiendo a su contestación: Eso se me pudo haber dicho dede las comunicaciones iniciales, para que se comprometían con ir y despues no iban, me quede esperando y perdiendo el tiempo. Se me pudo haber contestado: No podemos/No queremos ir a repararlo. Simplemente se dejo la conversación en visto. Poco profesional y de mal gusto.
Unprofessional. They made me an installation that after a few months the handle came off. I contacted them to go fix it, and twice they agreed to go fix it. Both times they didn't come, I contacted them several times and they didn't even answer me anymore. I finally got someone to repair it for me and when I checked why it failed, they confirmed that they had done it wrong (they only put a normal screw and did not secure it on the other side, which caused the handle to quickly loosen with use).
I insist unprofessional.
Responding to his answer: That could have been told to me from the initial communications, so that they promised to go and then they didn't go, I stayed waiting and wasting time. I could have been answered: We can't/We don't want to go repair it. The conversation was simply left on seen. Unprofessional and in poor taste.
