★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen surtido y buenos precios, lamentablemente me han quedado mal con la primer entrega de cristal templado, me dijeron que de un día para otro y lleva 1 semana y contando.... tomen precauciones por que no son nada formales en ese aspecto.
Good assortment and good prices, unfortunately they have been bad for me with the first delivery of tempered glass, they told me that from one day to the next and it takes 1 week and counting .... take precautions because they are not at all formal in that aspect.

Yo fui por una cotización de ventanas, entregué medidas y jamás me preguntaron el grosor del aluminio o diseño de las ventanas; lo cotizaron a su gusto.
No me ofrecieron la cotización en papel, simplemente me dieron el precio.
No se merecen ni una estrella.
Bad attention, they have no customer service.
I went for a window quote, I delivered measurements and they never asked me the thickness of the aluminum or design of the windows; They quoted it to their liking.
They didn't offer me the paper quote, they just gave me the price.
They don't deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atenderte,vas por un material así sea algo sencillo y puedes estar ahí hasta 2 horas.
Mucha perdida de tiempo apresar que tienen varios ayudantes.
They take a long time to attend you, you go for a material like that, it is something simple and you can be there for up to 2 hours.
Much waste of time catching that they have several helpers.
