Como suele pasar le hecha la culpa al albañil y viendo el trabajo da risa, creo pertenece a la 4T. SI LO CONTRATAN ESTIPULEN CALIDAD TERMINADA Y SUSPENDAN PARTE DEL PAGO HASTA QUE SE ARREGLE
