★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan años en entregarte el material. Si no eres conocido de alguno de ellos te d Jan al final. Entre los empleados se la pasan jugando y diciendo estupideces mientras el cliente afuera en la calle espera su material. Muy mal.
It takes years to deliver the material. If you are not known of any of them, I'll give you Jan at the end. Among the employees, they spend their time playing and saying stupid things while the client outside in the street waits for their material. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son pesimos y existe un muy mal trato al cliente, sobre todo de las vendedoras de la segunda planta, te hacen un favor en atenderte sobre todo una tal Cecilia Cruz que se siente la dueña, son un verdadero asco de empresa.
They are very pessimistic and there is a very bad treatment to the client, especially from the vendors on the second floor, they do you a favor to assist you, especially a certain Cecilia Cruz who feels the owner, they are a real disgust of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos están bien, pero tardadisimos para entregar y súper cae mal que hablas y te dicen "ya van para allá", "llegan en media hora" y eso nunca sucede! :(
The products are good, but it takes a long time to deliver and it is really bad that you talk and they tell you "they are going there", "they arrive in half an hour" and that never happens! :(
