★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impuntuales, no avisan si van o no a entregar las cosas. La chica que atiende es amable pero no sabe cosas básicas del negocio. Tampoco avisan que a determinada hora no puedes recoger los pedidos porque no hay personal que te los entregue. Muy mal.
Casual, they do not notify if they are going to deliver things or not. The girl who attends is friendly but doesn't know basic business things. Nor do they notify you that at a certain time you cannot pick up the orders because there are no personnel to deliver them to you. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes eran muy buenos, el dueño daba excelente servicio y buenos trabajos. Ahora no quedamos satisfechos, y eso que sólo era una puerta y ventana, no venían en el día que habían dicho, siempre nos mandaban empleados distintos y los nuevos no sabían lo que habían hecho los anteriores, una parte llevaba mosquitero y no se la pusieron (a pesar que desde el principio se les dijo), le pudieron el mosquitero pero quedó como parchado porque nunca lo contemplaron, y al final, después de dos días de colocada la puerta se terminó colgando, otra vez fueron para repararla. Existe una descoordinación increíble para un negocio así, ellos se justificaron argumentando que tenían obras grandes, pues está bien, pero que digan que no pueden atender otros pedidos de una forma correcta. En futuros trabajos buscaremos un nuevo lugar.
Before they were very good, the owner gave excellent service and good jobs. Now we were not satisfied, and that was only a door and window, they did not come on the day they had said, they always sent us different employees and the new ones did not know what the previous ones had done, a part wore a mosquito net and they did not put it on (although from the beginning they were told), they could have the mosquito net but it was patched because they never looked at it, and in the end, after two days of hanging the door was finished hanging, again they went to repair it. There is an incredible uncoordination for a business like that, they justified themselves by arguing that they had large works, well, that they say they can not attend to other orders in a correct way. In future work we will look for a new place.
