★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal quedados, pedí una puerta con requerimientos muy específicos y dijeron que sí la podían hacer, comprometieron una fecha de entrega y se tardaron 3 semanas más y cuando instalaron se notó que hicieron el trabajo a la carrera, quedaron detalles pendientes que quedaron en corregir y ya nunca volvieron. Así es como los negocios pequeños pierden clientes, queríamos cotizar más cosas pero cero ganas de volver a tratar con ellos.
Very badly left, I asked for a door with very specific requirements and they said they could do it, they compromised a delivery date and it took 3 more weeks and when they installed it was noticed that they did the work on the run, there were pending details that were left to correct and they never came back. This is how small businesses lose customers, we wanted to quote more things but zero desire to deal with them again.
