I requested a glass cover for a table and they agreed to deliver the next day and they did not meet what I had to call, to request information about the first and last service. This happened on Tuesday 12 Nov 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no cumplen con lo pactado. Lo que colocan esta incompleto, se quedan con parte del adelanto y no te dan respuesta cuando solicitas que cumplan.
Terrible service does not comply with the agreement. What they place is incomplete, they keep part of the advance and do not give you an answer when you request that they comply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los trabajos de nuestra casa los hicimos con ellos sin embargo las últimas dos veces (en un rango de un año) colocaron mal la ventana y ahora no tenemos noticias o información de ellos, marcamos y no pueden resolver cuando estará listo y puedan venir a instalar (llevamos semana y media de atraso)
We did all the work in our house with them, however the last two times (in a range of one year) they placed the window wrong and now we have no news or information about them, we checked and they cannot resolve when it will be ready and they can come install (we are a week and a half late)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren en este lugar nosotros cometimos el error de confiar en el Sr. Gabriel y darle dinero de adelanto, ahí empezó nuestro calvario, pasaron varios meses para que pudiera medio cumplir con lo acordado y eso con la intervención de nuestro abogado. Compren en cualquier otra vidriería.
Do not buy in this place, we made the mistake of trusting Mr. Gabriel and giving him advance money, that's where our ordeal began, several months passed so that he could half comply with what was agreed and that with the intervention of our lawyer. Buy in any other glass shop.
