★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan los teléfonos y cuando contestan te dejan la línea colgada a media cotización. En bodega no cuidan los perfiles. En surtido están en promedio y costos, pero en la atención es pésima.
They never answer the phones and when they answer they leave the line hanging in the middle of the price. In the winery they do not take care of the profiles. In assortment they are in average and costs, but in the attention it is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen perfiles que en otros lugares no consigues y eso te ayuda mucho por las nesecidades del cliente.. como duelas doble vista. Pero la atención al cliente es pésima, nunca contestan el teléfono y si lo contestan te tienen esperando, los perfiles los maltratan demasiado están doblados, tallados o rayados. Y a veces tu mismo tienes que descargar tu material. Pensé que solo en el Oxxo había mala atención
They have profiles that you can't get in other places and that helps you a lot because of the client's needs ... like double-sided painters. But the customer service is terrible, they never answer the phone and if they answer they have you waiting, the profiles mistreat them too much, they are bent, carved or scratched. And sometimes you have to download your material yourself. I thought that only in the Oxxo there was bad attention
