★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una porquería el servicio y asta te lo niegan , muy mal si están hay Esparta atender no para enojarse se supone que les pagan para dar una atención al cliente no para ponerse enojada y decir que solo atienden a sus clientes .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día sábado entre a esa tienda faltando unos 20 minutos para las2 de la tarde.. la chica del mostrador tiende mucho al cotorreo con los chicos que cortan el cristal.. por fin termino de atender a la persona en turno y se dirigió a mi para preguntar que requería.. cuando le dije que necesitaba 2 cristales.. me callo diciendo q ya no podían despachar cristales porque cerraban a las 2 de la tarde. Ni siquiera me dejo decirle que necesita 2 hojas de 10 mm y que la verdad no me urgíaurgían para ese instante.. Se perdieron de una venta de por lo menos unos 10 mil pesos.. Es una lastima que en un puesto tan importante como es atender al público tengan este tipo de personas . Que por encima se les nota que no tienen preparación ni formación suficiente.. estaría bien que le dieran un ppoco de orientación de como se debe tratar con el cliente. En lo personal jamás volveré por ahí..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da la casualidad que cuando se realizan compras en este lugar, nunca hay sistema para facturar, solo te dicen que Cuando regrese el sistema te la enviaran, LO CUAL NUNCA PASA! y el personal que está al frente de dicho lugar, está más preocupado por sus pláticas entre ellas de sus vivencias, su teléfono, tomando su refresquito, oh en cualquier otro tema independiente del de dar una atención correcta al cliente!!
