Me atendieron de manera amable y nos ayudaron a resolver dudas sobre algunas otras lámparas.
En el envío faltó uno de los cristales del candil pero me lo enviaron posteriormente a mi domicilio por lo que estoy satisfecho.
Tienen lámparas que no encuentras en otros lugares.
Su sitio web no está del todo actualizado por lo que recomiendo mejor llamar a sus números telefónicos.
Lo que compramos tenía descuento y se me hizo un buen precio.
En general es un buen servicio y se puede confiar en que envíen los productos solicitados.
I bought 3 lamps, 1 of them at the store and the other 2 were sent to my home.
They treated me in a friendly way and helped us to answer questions about some other lamps.
In the shipment one of the crystals of the lamp was missing but it was later sent to my home so I am satisfied.
They have lamps that you don't find elsewhere.
Their website is not entirely up to date so I recommend calling their phone numbers.
What we bought was discounted and I got a good price.
Overall this is a good service and they can be trusted to deliver the products requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande a pedir cambio de luminarias a mi candil con servicio de andamio . Y no trajeron los focos requeridos . Ya con el andamio instalado. Se fueron sin hacer el trabajo solicitado y enredaron el candil. Pésima atención tardaron 4 meses sin respuesta para el servicio a domicilio y se fueron sin cambiar las luminarias
I sent to request a change of luminaires to my lamp with scaffolding service. And they did not bring the required lights. Already with the scaffolding installed. They left without doing the requested work and messed up the lamp. Terrible attention they took 4 months without response for home service and they left without changing the luminaires

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno este negocio donde puede uno adquirir lámparas, candiles, sillas, mesas, la verdad no iba pues parecía un negocio caro....pero que equivocado estaba.
Este Diciembre 2021, se me ocurrió entrar con mi esposa pues necesitaba 2 luminaria para darle otra vista a la sala y comedor.
Primero que atención con la misma nos hicieron sentirnos a gusto, tienen una variedad de lámparas (aclaro ya habíamos visitado otros negocios del mismo ramo), y posteriormente llega la dueña y se agrega a la atención.. para que sigo escribiendo....mi esposa y un servidor compramos las 2 lámparas que necesitábamos..y equivocado estaba en los precios.
Por lo.menos visiten el negocio.... recomendado

This December 2021, it occurred to me to go in with my wife because I needed 2 lights to give another view of the living room and dining room.
First of all, they made us feel comfortable with it, they have a variety of lamps (of course we had already visited other businesses in the same field), and later the owner arrives and adds to the attention ... so that I continue writing ... my wife and a server bought the 2 lamps we needed..and I was wrong in the prices.
At least visit the business .... recommended
