★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena zona residencial para vivir, esta tranquilo y hay muchas amenidades cerca, aunque queda un poco retirado del centro de zapopan, ahí el porque las 4 estrellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alva es un desarrollo condominal en construcción (Diciembre 2021) con un plan de 5 o 6 cotos interiores, excelentes prospectos de vivienda y amenidades a precio razonable yo decidí invertir aquí mi dinero. Hasta el momento tengo he recibido excelente trato por parte de TyA y recomiendo la desarrolladora.
Alva is a condominium development under construction (December 2021) with a plan of 5 or 6 interior preserves, excellent housing prospects and amenities at a reasonable price. I decided to invest my money here. So far I have received excellent treatment from TyA and I recommend the developer.
