★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la primera cita el doctor tuvo una emergencia y no nos avisaron que no se encontraba en su consultorio, a la hora que me citaron había 8 personas esperando no pude quedarme por el tiempo.
Me reasignaron cita al día siguiente.
Para la 2ª cita después de mas de 1 hora pregunte a la asistente que como iba en turno, me dice que se fue a urgencias y que no sabe cuándo Iba a regresar.
No considero ético ni profesional que no valoren el tiempo del paciente, bien podría haber avisado que el doctor salió del consultorio y es opción del paciente quedarse a esperarlo o irse según las actividades propias.
 In the first appointment the doctor had an emergency and they did not tell us that he was not in his office, at the time they called me there were 8 people waiting, I could not stay for the time.
They reassigned me the next day.
For the 2nd appointment after more than 1 hour I asked the assistant how she was going on shift, she tells me that she went to the emergency room and that she does not know when she was going to return.
I do not consider ethical or professional that they do not value the patient's time, it could well have been warned that the doctor left the office and it is the patient's option to stay and wait for him or to leave according to his own activities.
