★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo esta muy muy muy bien en este lugar, lo que hace que no sea excelente es el horario, si son puntuales a la hora de abrir pero a mi parecer abre un poco garde y cierra muy temprano, a veces si es muy complicado programarte para poder ir entre semana, lo bueno es que el sabado abren y ya puedes ir con mayor facilidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una impresora l cual se encontraba tapada la tinta amarilla y negra, la mandaron con un Tecnico para desarmarla y no pudieron destapar las tintas el tiempo que duraron con ella fue 8 días y solo me vaciaron las tintas y todavía me cobraron
I took a printer with the yellow and black ink covered, they sent it to a technician to disassemble it and they could not uncover the inks, the time they lasted with it was 8 days and they only emptied the inks and they still charged me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio del personal, solo que hay una persona en la sucursal de Monterrey que es quien te entrega los productos que vas a comprar, es un señor ya grande de edad que le faltan unas piezas de su dentadura, ojala lo ubiquen, que no debería de estar en su empresa yo hable con la gerente de la sucursal, no se si tomaron cartas en el asunto y si checaron las camaras ya que me dijo que me hiba a desaparecer y muchas vulgaridades mas y delante de la gerente, la verdad tiene un vocabulario extremadamente vulgar hacia los clientes, por mi parte no volvería a esta sucursal, hasta que esta persona deje de laborar con ustedes, nunca he deseado que despidan a una persona de su trabajo, pero esta persona definitivamente no debe estar en su empresa, ojala y lo tomen en cuenta, y de todo el personal la verdad mil felicitaciones es un excelente servicio, quisiera darles 5 estrellas, pero con solo el detalle de esa persona la verdad no me quedaron ganas de volver, que bueno que me mandaron esta encuesta, me sentía con ganas de reportarlo pero no me quisieron dar su nombre esperó que se haga algo al respecto para volver a comprar con ustedes mil gracias
