Hoy tuve una experiencia bastante grata en este super: compré un vino francés Cabernet Sauvignon, el cual estaba echado a perder, hoy fui a presentai queja y sin problema alguno me remplazaron el producto por uno igual sin mayor problema. Acabo de abrir el nuevo y está muy bueno. Al parecer fue un problema de embotellamiento porque el corcho se veía podrido. Gracias por el excelente servicio!
Great assortment of good Mexican and imported wines. There are exclusive wines from Valle de Guadalupe at a good price. Today I had a very pleasant experience in this supermarket: I bought a French Cabernet Sauvignon wine, which was spoiled, today I went to file a complaint and without any problem they replaced the product with an equal one without any major problem. I just opened the new one and it is very good. Apparently it was a bottleneck problem because the cork looked rotten. Thank you for the excellent service!
