★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, llamé para cotizar unos espejos y al especificarle lo que requiero su respuesta fue "Mire señorita ahorita no le puedo atender, tengo a un cliente esperando" y colgó. Entiendo que tenía que atender a alguien más, pero definitivamente no es forma de tratar a ningún cliente por ningún medio.
Very bad service, I called to quote some mirrors and when I specified what I require, his response was "Look, miss, I can't attend you right now, I have a client waiting" and he hung up. I understand that I had to serve someone else, but it is definitely not a way to treat any customer by any means.
