★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy (31 de agosto del 2021) visite el lugar para realizarle la prueba a mi hijo de covid y la chica que me atendió fue extremadamente déspota sin ningún conocimiento de atención al cliente, solo pregunte por la prueba y me contestó de manera grosera y con mucha falta de atención sobre mi petición a realizar la prueba . Si no es su negocio el dueño debería de poner mucha atención por que ello hace que pierda clientes. En verdad pésimo lugar que jamás volveré a visitar.
Today (August 31, 2021) I visited the place to test my son for covid and the girl who attended me was extremely despotic without any knowledge of customer service, just ask about the test and she answered me rudely and with much inattention to my request to take the test. If it is not your business, the owner should pay close attention because it causes you to lose customers. Truly lousy place that I will never visit again.

La chica es muy grosera, me dijo que no tenía cambio y que si quería yo fuera a cambiar por que ella no tenía cambio y que le hiciera como quisiera además de que no da los informes adecuadamente y me dio mal la información. Esta ocasión llame por teléfono y me dijo que ya no tenía servicio y me colgó.
La verdad es que voy a regresar a hacerme estudios a Laviseb ahí siempre son amables. Pero bueno a menos ya se conoce el servicio, nada agradable.
Terrible service either over the phone or over the counter. The girl is very rude, she told me that she had no change and that if I wanted to, I would change because she had no change and that she would do as she wanted, besides that she does not give the reports properly and gave me the wrong information. This time I called on the phone and he told me that he no longer had service and he hung up on me.
The truth is that I am going to go back to study at Laviseb there they are always nice. But hey, unless you already know the service, nothing pleasant.
