★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entregaron el paquete a otra persona y tardan en resolver, no contestan en oficinas de la ciudad.
 Terrible service, they delivered the package to someone else and they take time to resolve, they do not answer in city offices.

They did not deliver to my house, but they marked that they had come! But they solved me in the parcel, very kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S8n ofender el servicio al 70 % porke dicen ke te visitan y no lo hacen es mentira aunke si vas ala paleteria hay si telo entregan pero un servicio algo incompleto gracias
S8n offend the service at 70% because they say that they visit you and they don't do it is a lie even if you go to the paleteria there is if they give it to you but a somewhat incomplete service thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un fraude!!!, dicen que ya vinieron a hacer la entrega y es UNA TOTAL MENTIRA, llamé a sus oficinas centrales y nunca contestan, lo dejan a uno escuchando música y después simplemente cuelgan, de lo peor!!
Después lo intente en las oficinas locales y que creen??, tampoco contestan, creen que uno está disponible a la hora y día que ellos quieran venir a entregar, se supone que el servicio lo dan ellos, no el cliente, o no??
Y lo peor de todo, ya hicieron 3 intentos, que descaro de . . .
They are a fraud !!!, They say that they have already come to make the delivery and it is A TOTAL LIE, I called their headquarters and they never answer, they leave you listening to music and then they just hang up, the worst !!
After I tried it in the local offices and what do they think ??, they do not answer either, they believe that one is available at the time and day that they want to come to deliver, are they supposed to provide the service, not the customer, or not?
And worst of all, they have already made 3 attempts, what a cheek of. . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen pasar a entregar los paquetes y en los rastreos de las guías ponen la hora you no se encontró quien reciba son puras mentiras de sus irresponsables y mentirosos mensajeros que solo desprestigian a la empresa si no a ellos mismos
They say they go on to deliver the packages and in the tracking of the guides they put the time you did not find who received they are pure lies of their irresponsible and lying messengers that only discredit the company if not themselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dando el seguimiento de mi paquete en el sitio web para realizar esto, se mostraba el paquete un ruta de entrega con el mensajero, sin embargo no lo recibí el día que se suponía, al día siguiente de esto, en el rastreador aparece la leyenda "INTENTO DE ENTREGA( 3 NO HAY QUIEN RECIBA Y DÉ INFORMES )". Lo cual es una gran mentira ya que estuve pendiente a la llegada de mi paquete sin lograr recibir nada. Llame al servicio de atención a clientes y tampoco me dieron una solución mas que esperar a que el repartidor lo regresara a su almacén para poder proceder. Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo, de igual manera externé mi inconformidad en su buzón de quejas.
By tracking my package on the website to do this, the package was shown a delivery route with the courier, however I did not receive it on the day it was supposed to, the day after this, the legend appears on the tracker " DELIVERY ATTEMPT (3 NO ONE RECEIVES AND REPORTS) ". Which is a big lie since I was pending the arrival of my package without being able to receive anything. I called customer service and they didn't give me a solution other than to wait for the delivery man to return it to his warehouse in order to proceed. Terrible service, I do not recommend it, in the same way I expressed my disagreement in your complaint box.
