Vuelvo a copiar mi reseña debido a que la ocultaron.. Último servicio al cual recurro con ustedes. Anteriormente me habían solucionado cosas simples como cambios de batería pantalla de celular y MAC de manera rápida y eficaz. Pero esta última vez quede completamente decepcionado con el servicio. Primero lleve mi equipo iphone 8 por que no prendía, ni cargaba. Me dijeron que había que hacerle un proceso de secado, 1 semana después me dijeron que era un problema con el centro de carga y que tenían que pedir una pieza para cambiarla. Espere 1 semana más y resultó que tampoco era la pieza, que no podían repararlo en las instalaciones y que tenían que mandarlo a México; cabe recalcar que en todo el proceso tuve que estar tras de ellos para saber el estado de mi equipo ya que no recibía llamadas de actualización ni de información acerca de mi celular. Accedí a que lo llevaran a reparación a México. Antes de acceder me dijeron que con eso era SEGURO que el equipo quede bien y a más tardar en una semana. El lunes se hizo la orden de servicio y el miércoles llego a México, me dijeron que a mas tardar lunes de la próxima semana estaba listo. Paso el lunes, martes de la próxima semana y al no tener información llame de nuevo, me dijeron que a mas tardar el viernes. Paso viernes, sábado y domingo y nada, volví a llamar el otro lunes temprano para preguntar y me dijeron que seguía en laboratorio, que podía quedar miércoles o a final de la semana o a más tardar lunes DE LA PROXIMA SEMANA. Llegó de nuevo el lunes, mi equipo ya llevaba UN MES en reparación y entre que me corrían las fechas y no me daban más explicación que "Sigue en laboratorio" Después de todo este show y muy enojado les pedí por favor que me devolvieran mi equipo; 40 días duro todo el proceso sin que me dieran una repuesta solida de que fallaba, solo dándome largas. Cuando mi equipo finalmente llego estaba echada a perder la cámara frontal que JAMAS me había presentado algún tipo de falla y problema, me dijeron que eso sería un costo extra para mi aunque el equipo nunca presento esa falla. Después de discutir con el gerente (que en lo personal tenía muy buena imagen de el) me acabe dando cuenta que es una persona prepotente que solo cree en lo que el dice. Después de perder más de 1 hora ahí optaron de mala manera a arreglar mi cámara. Cabe mencionar que incluso perdieron mi chip por lo que me hicieron igual de mala manera un "descuento" de 80 pesos cuando en realidad mi chip me costo 120 pesos más la ida en pleno covid a telcel. De igual forma mi pantalla no quedo 100% fija, truena un poco al tocarla. Veo ya varios comentarios aquí mismo donde dicen lo mismo que a mi me dijeron "No está en nuestras manos" "No podemos comprobar que nosotros lo hicimos mal" "posiblemente el equipo tuvo un percance con usted" en fin. Les dejo a su criterio si optar por AMSTORE para la reparación de su equipo, solo comento mi experiencia. De una manera imparcial relato lo que me sucedió. Incluso me atrevo a recomendarlos para servicios básicos como cambios de pantallas y baterías. Pero procesos mas complejos.. lo dejo a su criterio.
I'm re-copying my review due to being hidden .. Last service to which I resort with you. Previously, I had solved simple things like cell phone and MAC screen battery changes quickly and efficiently. But this last time I was completely disappointed with the service. First I took my iphone 8 equipment because it did not turn on or charge. They told me that they had to do a drying process, 1 week later they told me that it was a problem with the load center and that they had to ask for a part to change it. I waited 1 more week and it turned out that it was not the part either, that they could not repair it at the facilities and that they had to send it to Mexico; It should be noted that throughout the process I had to be behind them to know the status of my equipment since I did not receive update calls or information about my cell phone. I agreed to have him taken to Mexico for repair. Before accessing they told me that with that it was SURE that the equipment looks good and no later than a week. On Monday the order of service was made and on Wednesday I arrived in Mexico, they told me that no later than Monday of the next week it was ready. It happened on Monday, Tuesday of next week and having no information called again, they told me that no later than Friday. I spend Friday, Saturday and Sunday and nothing, I called again the other Monday early to ask and they told me that I was still in the laboratory, that I could stay on Wednesday or at the end of the week or no later than Monday OF THE NEXT WEEK. Monday arrived again, my equipment had already been under repair for ONE MONTH and between the dates the dates ran and they gave me no more explanation than "Still in the laboratory" After all this show and very angry I asked them to please give me back my equipment ; The whole process lasted 40 days without giving me a solid answer that it failed, just giving me long. When my equipment finally arrived, the front camera was spoiled, which had NEVER presented me with some kind of fault and problem, they told me that this would be an extra cost for me, although the equipment never presented that fault. After arguing with the manager (who personally had a very good image of him) I ended up realizing that he is an arrogant person who only believes in what he says. After spending more than 1 hour there, they chose the wrong way to fix my camera. It is worth mentioning that they even lost my chip so they gave me the same "discount" of 80 pesos when in reality my chip cost me 120 pesos plus one way in full covid to telcel. In the same way, my screen was not 100% fixed, it thundered a little when touched. I already see several comments right here where they say the same thing that they told me "It is not in our hands" "We cannot prove that we did it wrong" "possibly the team had a mishap with you" well. I leave it to your discretion whether to choose AMSTORE for the repair of your equipment, I only comment on my experience. In an impartial way I relate what happened to me. I even dare to recommend them for basic services such as screen and battery changes. But more complex processes ... I leave it to your discretion.

Muy mala experiencia. Lleve mi bocina por un problema de conexión al Bluetooth y me la regresaron con vibración en el sonido. Totalmente deshonestos, ya que muy claro fue el diagnóstico y jamás dijeron nada de la vibración y no tenia ese problema al llevarla, si no yo misma les hubiera dicho para que lo checaran y repararán. No se quien sea el dueño del Negocio y no tengo idea si lea los comentarios que dejan sus clientes, pero las malas recomendaciones son las que corren más rápido. Ojalá y haga algo para mejorar y no seguir perdiendo clientes.
Very bad experience. I took my horn for a connection problem to the Bluetooth and they returned it to me with vibration in the sound. Totally dishonest, since the diagnosis was very clear and they never said anything about the vibration and I did not have that problem when carrying it, otherwise I would have told them to check it and repair it. I don't know who owns the Business and I have no idea if you read the comments left by your customers, but the bad recommendations are the ones that run the fastest. Hopefully and do something to improve and not keep losing customers.

Atención muy amable, sincera y profesional, me ayudaron con un problema de centro de carga de un Google pixel. Si me ocurriera alguna falla con otro dispositivo en el futuro, sin duda sería el primer lugar en mente, lo recomiendo.

Gran servicio y mano de obra de primera. Llevé mi laptop a servicio de reparación por un problema en la tarjeta que requería de soldadura avanzada y me la regresaron funcionando al 100%. Otros técnicos de la ciudad me dijeron que no había solución y que no podrían corregirlo pero en AM store me lo solucionaron. Recomendado!
Great service and top workmanship. I took my laptop in for repair for a card issue that required advanced soldering and they returned it to me 100% working. Other technicians in the city told me that there was no solution and that they could not correct it, but at AM store they solved it for me. Recommended!

I went to Amstore cause it seemed like a goid choice to get a new display for my iphone 5 which was broken. The phone worked by the way. I told them I am not gonna stay in Merida so I need an repaired and of course checked, tested phone. It won't be a problem and I will get an original apple display. I got my phone back and it seemed like working. After I left (150km min. away) I was wondering cause my display works but weird. It works only sometimes and it is doing clicking buttons themselves. Hard to describe, its weird and very annoying. Now I have still the display and can say it is not original. It is a cheap copy and working very bad. I cannot go back. They offered me to send it to the shop but I am travelling. How and do I get it back? They should test their phone. Only one star cause of lying and not testing.

Amazing service and gave us a great option for repairing our MacBook charger instead of buying a new one. Also was able to fix a speaker issue we had been dealing with. Highly recommend.
