★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan es riquísimo, mi favorito es el croissant de almendra. El pan de muerto es bueno pero no creo que valga lo que cuesta. En cuanto a los pasteles, esperaba más, los que he probado no me han gustado tanto.
 The bread is delicious, my favorite is the almond croissant. The bread of the dead is good but I don't think it's worth what it costs. As for the cakes, I expected more, the ones I have tried I have not liked so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teníamos en nuestra lista de pendientes visitar esta pequeña pastelería, ubicada al interior del Hyatt Regency (antes Nikko). Desde que vimos el croissant de almendra (cubierto de almendra y relleno de crema de almendra) y el croissant de matcha relleno de chocolate, fue amor a primera vista. Decidimos elegir un tercer pan: la empanada rellena de guayaba. Y no nos equivocamos: tanto los croissants como la empanada, estuvieron exquisitos, con ingredientes de calidad y que nos dejan con ganas de volver para elegir nuevamente estos deliciosos y novedosos croissants, y probar los pasteles y otros panes, como el rol de canela, por ejemplo.
También venden bebidas. Ese día probamos matcha latte y a la próxima degustaremos el café americano.
Es definitivamente una visita obligada para los fans del pan europeo fino y de los pasteles. Se puede pedir para llevar y también hay servicio a domicilio a través de aplicaciones.
We had on our to-do list to visit this small bakery, located inside the Hyatt Regency (formerly Nikko). Ever since we saw the almond croissant (covered in almond and filled with almond cream) and the chocolate filled matcha croissant, it was love at first sight. We decided to choose a third bread: the empanada stuffed with guava. And we are not wrong: both the croissants and the empanada were exquisite, with quality ingredients and that leave us wanting to return to choose these delicious and innovative croissants again, and try the cakes and other breads, such as the cinnamon roll, for example.
They also sell drinks. That day we tried matcha latte and the next day we will taste the American coffee.
It is definitely a must see for fans of fine European bread and pastries. It can be ordered to go and there is also home delivery through applications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee isn’t the best. The cakes are okay, but very expensive. The menu of light meals is quite small, and they often don’t have items in stock. The salmon bagel was tasty. For convenience it’s not bad, but there are better places in Polanco itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious! Pastries are boxed very cutely. Though it says it opens at 6 am, it is a bit of a wait on the morning as they get everything prepared. Only an issue if you're trying to rush to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced pastries. Cakes have too much sugar frosting, especially the carrot cake. The coffee is not very good either. Staff is friendly and the service is fast. The venue is ok, however just a place for a quick bite, nothing fancy or cozy. Parking is expensive.

The cheesecake was exquisite so deliciously creamy! I would 100% go back and get again.
The carrot cake on the other hand was barely edible. I mean I left some and I NEVER leave cake.
50/50 review, but, the cheesecake is that good.
