No cleaning service for dormitory rooms, the hostel does not provide toilet paper for dormitory room, lines do not look clean and you should ask for it, dormitory rooms don't close for lock, not air condition in my room - only fan. Not recommend. Really noisy during the night because a lot of clubs and restaurants close to it

J	Joanna Kleszcz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, it’s dangerous place. We stepped in and asked if our friend can use the toilet. One of the bodyguards let us go. After all, we gave him few pesos to thank him, but when we wanted to go, the bartender started shouted at us, that we have to pay. No one metioned it before, they made us paying 20 pesos/person and started THREATENING us that we have to pay because we „don’t want to have problems” and 2 bodyguards came to us like we are criminals. It was disrespectful, unfair and just dangerous.

The place is extremely dirty, overpriced and smelly - there’s garbage everywhere. I’ve never seen filthier toilet - saying that it looked like manure or cowshed is like saying nothing. It’s not worth any cent. Avoid this place at all cost if you don’t want to ruin your holidays in Playa del Carmen.
S	Skyler Pannekoek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, good food, tasty drinks, and my favorite part is a gorgeous outdoor common area that's an oasis of trees and nature (small pond) with tables and seating nested amongst the trees. This hostel is right on the main tourist street downtown (Ave5 entre Calle 10/12) but you'd never know you're right in the middle of the action when you enter. I love this because it's very central but inside it's a surprising escape from the craziness just outside. :)
