★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una decepción este restaurante. Los tamales no están ricos y de tres diferentes que pedimos dos estaban crudos. Cuando le comentamos a la encargada nos dijo que así eran esos tamales! Nosotros hemos comido esa clase de tamales típicos de la región y si son "flojitos" y se comen con cuchara pero NUNCA van crudos. Lo más curioso es que a pesar de que lo devolvimos en cuanto nos dimos cuenta ella igual los cobró y ni siquiera intentó cambiarlos por otros o al menos una disculpa.
Del atole ya ni hablar pues de 5 sabores que tienen anunciados sólo había 1 sabor y no estaba rico y lo sirvió frío.
No recomiendo para nada este lugar. Cualquier puesto de la calle vende mejores tamales que estos.
A disappointment this restaurant. The tamales are not rich and three different ones we ordered were raw. When we told the manager, she told us that these were the tamales! We have eaten that kind of tamales typical of the region and if they are "lazy" and eaten with a spoon but they are NEVER raw. The most curious thing is that despite the fact that we returned it as soon as we realized, she still charged them and did not even try to exchange them for others or at least an apology.
Of the atole and not even speak of 5 flavors that have announced there was only 1 flavor and it was not rich and served cold.
I do not recommend this place at all. Any street stall sells better tamales than these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio; de nada sirve que tengan tamales ricos si no respetan el horario de Ruiz cortines. Van dos veces vengo ...abierto y salen con que no han llegado los tamales. Señores por favor si abren es porque ya hay tamales!!!
Terrible service; It is useless if they have delicious tamales if they don't respect Ruiz Cortines' schedule. They go twice I come ... open and they leave with the tamales not yet arrived. Gentlemen please if you open it is because there are already tamales !!!

Delicious taste and great price, the opening hours are long enough. Very friendly staff. They will be from now on my trusted tamaleros. The atole is not the best.
