En especifico la apuesta por algo muy típico de la capital del pais, la torta combinado con una de las delicias culinarias como son los chilaquiles, que si bien la mezcla se oye extraña es lo mejor de dos mundos, ya que en la capital acostumbran a comer el platillo acompañado del bolillo, este lugar boutique te lo ofrece junto, la variedad de salsas para gusto de cada paladar, con sabor picante que no secuestran tu lengua si no son un complemento del sabor, según la intensidad que cada uno requiera. Las quesadillas de cochinita pibil, tienen un toque especial con la combinación perfecta de especias para hacer de este platillo del sur del país con un toque celayense.
