Cualquier detalle puedes ir con ellos nuevamente y te ayudan a solucionarlo, no se cierran o te dan un no, ven la manera de apoyarte. Además son zapatos que más delante le podrás seguir dando uso. Noté su amabilidad y paciencia cuando vieron los detalles para que quedara agusto con los zapatos por mis cirugías al igual que mi tía. No te arrepentirás, vale la pena la inversión, y sobretodo porque son muy elegantes y sencillos
