j	jl m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evite este hotel. Evitez cet hôtel. Avoid this hotel. La propietaria no respeta las reservaciones confirmadas por un sitio de reservación. Los hechos. Tenía una reservación para el sábado 17 de julio, confirmada e incluso "reconfirmada" ya que pregunté el jueves 15, vía el sitio, si el hotel tenía estacionamiento. Me dijeron que no. Me presenté en el hotel el sábado 17 a las 4.30 pm. La recepcionista me dijo que mi reserva había sido cancelada. Pude comunicarme con la dueña. Se "justificó" diciendo que me había enviado, el sábado por la mañana (exactamente: a las 10.35 a.m.) un mensaje pidiéndome que confirmara mi hora de llegada, luego otro a las 1.10 p.m. exigiendo que le contestara antes de las 2pm (leen bien: 50 minutos después!). NB: Puedo probar lo anterior, conservé los mensajes de la Sra. A.C. Cuando envió estos mensajes, yo estaba conduciendo en la carretera y, por supuesto, no estaba en condiciones de consultarlos. Ante mi enfado, su única propuesta fue enviarnos a otro hotel en San Miguel de Allende, de una categoría mucho menor (habitación pequeña, sin aire acondicionado y con ventilador inadecuado, cama mediocre, ducha de los años 50, y más lejos del centro), pero más caro (en el sitio de reservación, sin embargo, es más barato que el hotel Amatista). Avoid this hotel. Evitez cet hôtel. Avoid this hotel. The owner does not honor reservations confirmed by a reservation site. The facts. I had a reservation for Saturday July 17, confirmed and even "reconfirmed" since I asked on Thursday 15, via the site, if the hotel had parking. I was told not to. I showed up at the hotel on Saturday the 17th at 4.30 pm. The receptionist told me that my reservation had been canceled. I was able to communicate with the owner. He "justified" himself by saying that he had sent me, on Saturday morning (exactly: at 10.35 a.m.) a message asking me to confirm my arrival time, then another at 1.10 p.m. demanding that he answer him before 2pm (they read that right: 50 minutes later!). NB: I can prove the above, I kept the messages from Mrs. A.C. When he sent these messages, I was driving on the highway and, of course, I was in no condition to consult them. Before my anger, his only proposal was to send us to another hotel in San Miguel de Allende, of a much lower category (small room, without air conditioning and with inadequate fan, mediocre bed, shower from the 50s, and further away from the center) , but more expensive (on the reservation site, however, it is cheaper than the Amethyst hotel).

Las recámaras son pequeñas y muy obscuras, las luces del cuarto no ayudan mucho. Si llevas bastante equipaje, el espacio del cuarto resulta incómodo. General bien. If what you are looking for is a central place only to get to sleep, that is fine. If what you want is comfort, not so much. The bedrooms are small and very dark, the lights in the room do not help much. If you carry a lot of luggage, the space in the room is uncomfortable. General well.
