I	Imer Acuña Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar. Nos encantó. La atención de 10, la comida deliciosa, el vino y la coctelería genial también. Puedes ir a comer- cenar o solo a tomar un cóctel o algo de la barra de 5Jotas. La comida de Hacman’s tiene garantía Deckmans, Deliciosa. Fuimos en Año Nuevo y no pudimos escoger mejor lugar. El plus: la vista. Hace frío en ciertas épocas pero te prestan cobijas si las necesitas. Gracias Jennifer y todo el staff por hacer nuestra estancia una gran experiencia. Excellent place. We loved it. The attention of 10, the delicious food, the wine and the great cocktails too. You can go for lunch or dinner or just have a cocktail or something from the 5Jotas bar. Hacman's food has a Deckmans guarantee, Delicious. We went on New Years and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The plus: the view. It's cold at certain times but they lend you blankets if you need them. Thank you Jennifer and all the staff for making our stay a great experience.

La coctelería también es reducida y tienen la cava más grande de San Miguel de Allende. El servicio es buenísimo y los atardeceres el mejor momento para estar en el rooftop. El diseño de interiores también es algo a resaltar. Tip: yo fui en enero y me tuve que ir muy bien tapada ya que el viento soplaba bastante y a pesar de que tienen cobijas y calentadores sí se siente frío. A fairly expensive and reduced menu but it is worth it being from chef Drew Deckman. The cocktail bar is also small and they have the largest cellar in San Miguel de Allende. The service is great and sunsets are the best time to be on the rooftop. The interior design is also something to highlight. Tip: I went in January and I had to dress very well since the wind was blowing quite a bit and even though they have blankets and heaters, it does feel cold.
K	Kari Sullinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En realidad debería darle 5 Estrellas, o me gustaría, pero nos dieron un cuarto en medio de dos puertas de personal de servicio y fue bastante incómodo tener todo ese movimiento y ruido (pláticas del personal) justo al lado de la puerta. La habitación en si muy cómoda, agradable ambientación y los snacks deliciosos. La comida rica tanto en la terraza como en el restaurante, pero como dijo otra chica en su review “ojo con los precios”. En general la experiencia fue muy agradable, el personal súper atento y puntual con nuestras necesidades. La arquitectura y diseño de interiores soberbio, pero la piscina esta ubicada más en un espacio decorativo que funcional, por lo menos a mi esposo y a mi no nos encantó la idea de disfrutarla justo en medio de toda la gente entrando y saliendo del hotel. Amenizaron los desayunos con un cantante y guitarra muy agradable un día y el otro con un DJ para un Pool Party, ambos con opciones sonoras de nivel. En general nos gustaría regresar a este hotel, finalmente disfrutamos mucho la estancia y de todo lo que más nos gustó fue poder llevar a nuestro perrito a un hotel de calidad. Nos cobraron una tarifa de $1,000 por noche aprox; el trato fue excelente porque sale más caro que una pensión, pero parece que genuinamente les gustan las mascotas, entonces el chiquitín la pasó genial. I should actually give it 5 stars, or would like to, but we were given a room in the middle of two service staff doors and it was quite inconvenient to have all that movement and noise (staff chatter) right next to the door. The room itself is very comfortable, pleasant atmosphere and delicious snacks. The food is delicious both on the terrace and in the restaurant, but as another girl said in her review “be careful with the prices”. In general, the experience was very pleasant, the staff super attentive and punctual with our needs. The architecture and interior design are superb, but the pool is located more in a decorative space than a functional one, at least my husband and I did not love the idea of enjoying it right in the middle of all the people coming and going from the hotel. They enlivened the breakfasts with a very pleasant singer and guitar player one day and the other with a DJ for a Pool Party, both with high-level sound options. In general we would like to return to this hotel, finally we really enjoyed the stay and all we liked the most was being able to take our puppy to a quality hotel. We were charged a fee of approx $1,000 per night; The treatment was excellent because it is more expensive than a pension, but it seems that they genuinely like pets, so the little guy had a great time.

The cascading, easy to navigate, staircase welcoming its visitors to the 4 rooftop bars each specializing in different libation preperations is quite stunning. Once on top there are views of the entire town of San Miguel de Allende. Aplace to witness beautifully incredible sunsets. The world-class mixologists are very sophisticated in their craft with excellent service. Saving the best for last, Hacman's! What can I say? There really aren't any words, so I'll try to find a few...from the appetizers and cocktails to dessert and cigars it was truly a culinary delight. We had a huge table and everyone, including those with dietary restrictions were totally satistfied, even happy. I personally reccommend the trout, although it's considered a steak house, which they very well, I love seafood and it was outstanding! I also have to say that the service was impeccable as well. They have a well-versed, knowledgeable and amazing food & beverage manager that made sure everything was perfect. I can't wait for the next visit. When in San Miguel de Allende make sure to put this on the 'things to do' list. You will not be disappointed.

I had the quail and she had the rainbow trout served whole. Both were really savory. It was a bit windy, but the waitstaff and even the hotel owner stopped by our table frequently to check on us. I recommend this roof top restaurant highly. Also, the views of the sunset were spectacular. @docmoliver
