★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena plaza, hay muchos locales de interés pero, el cobro de estacionamiento es ridículo, ya no dejan usar el segundo subnivel del estacionamiento provocando que se sature el primer nivel, además que se deslindan en caso de algún inconveniente a tu unidad, la falta de mapas hace que la gente se pierda en el estacionamiento y deambule por toda la plaza
IMPORTANTE: el reloj usa hora absoluta, entonces aunque estén los 15 minutos de cortesía, no los cuenta si haces 14 minutos 10 segundos, ya empieza a cobrarte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la mejor plaza de la capital sin duda, su oferta comercial es buena y variada, buenas marcas e instalaciones. Cuenta con un food court con franquicias variadas aunque un poco pequeña para la demanda, así que si vas a comer en horas pico lo más seguro es que tengas que esperar. Su gran inconveniente al igual que todas las plazas de Tuxtla es el cobro del estacionamiento, sin garantizar seguridad ni nada, un sinsentido. Fuera de eso sigue siendo la mejor plaza de la capital.
