Ambar Rooms is run by Jorge, a pleasant, hospitable, and helpful host. It has 4 rooms, more are being added. The rooms are on the second floor, each room has a private bathroom, and all the guests have access to the communal, simple yet adequate kitchen.
I stayed in room number 3, which is large, located in the back of the building, and therefore very quiet. It has a comfortable, kingsize bed.
All the rooms have double pane windows, to keep the noise to a minimum.
Every room has A/C, TV, and strong wifi.
Clean, comfortable and great value for your dineros.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room with all you need to have a nice stay in Campeche ! Kitchen area was just enough to get coffee, tea or water! One thing I loved was the smart TV (YouTube, Netflix). Jorge was supeeeeer caring and recommending many nice spots as a local! Totally recommend this place ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place in Campeche, very central in the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was the noise from the street as our door literally opened onto the street but this was expected when we agreed to take the room. The real star of the show was the host/owner... One of the most friendliest and helpful people we met on our holiday, he gave us lots of recommendations in the area and the best way to do things.
