★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio! Llame para hacer cita para corte de cabello y me dieron un precio que “supuestamente” incluía lavado de cabello, corte y peinado. Llegue a la cita con el cabello lavado por lo que la mujer que me atendió no tuvo necesidad de lavarlo, al final le pedí que me corrigiera el corte porque no era lo que yo había pedido, al parecer eso le molesto y lo hizo de malas, así que al final me cobraron de más y me dijeron que “hubo un error” al darme el precio por teléfono, cuando ni siquiera tuve el servicio de lavado y el corte no fue lo que yo pedí. Evidentemente estas personas no son profesionales y no tienen experiencia en el trato al cliente, primera y última vez que me paro en ese lugar, cero recomendable!
Very bad service! I called to make an appointment for a haircut and they gave me a price that “supposedly” included hair washing, cutting and styling. I arrived at the appointment with my hair washed so the woman who attended me had no need to wash it, in the end I asked her to correct the cut because it was not what I had asked for, apparently that bothered her and she did it badly. So in the end they overcharged me and told me that "there was an error" when giving me the price over the phone, when I didn't even have the laundry service and the cut was not what I asked for. Obviously these people are not professionals and have no experience in dealing with customers, the first and last time I stop in that place, zero recommended!
