Y pasaron a 2 personas antes que a mi... no regreso y con tantos lugares cerca para imprimir un par de tabloides

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de impresión, acabados y cortes son excelentes. Un buen lugar para imprimir en offset cantidades pequeñas a buen precio. El único inconveniente son los tiempos de entrega, se tardan mucho y en ocasiones se toman 2 a 3 días extras sin avisarte con anticipación.
Print quality, finishes and cuts are excellent. A good place to print offset small quantities at a good price. The only drawback is the delivery times, they take a long time and sometimes they take 2 to 3 extra days without notifying you in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente no logré tener una buena atención ya que no se acordó con la fecha de entrega, de hecho pasaron casi 15 días después de la fecha de entrega, me hicieron ir en varias ocasiones para decirme que aún no estaba listo mi pedido. Cuándo me lo entregaron por fin era el material incorrecto que no solicité. Por lo que tuve que esperar nuevamente hasta que se resolviera mi pedido. Al final el pedido si cumplió con la calidad.
Solo como sugerencia agradecería que le dieran más detalle a la atención al cliente y si van a poner una fecha de entrega que cumplan con la fecha establecida
Unfortunately I did not get a good service since the delivery date was not agreed, in fact it was almost 15 days after the delivery date, they made me go several times to tell me that my order was not ready yet. When it was finally delivered to me it was the wrong material that I did not request. So I had to wait again until my order was resolved. In the end, the order did meet the quality.
Just as a suggestion, I would appreciate if you could give more detail to customer service and if they are going to put a delivery date that meets the established date
