I do not understand who could give five stars to this type of service when it comes to a health service and their commitment is above all responsibility. I booked a transfer three days in advance and that day no ambulance arrived and when I communicated with such freshness they only told me that there was nothing scheduled. Terrible service I do not give a single star, if you can put stars "roias"

The two people who attended my emergency request were excellent, professional. It is seen that they know and know their work. Respectful to my family member. Thank you. And the other important thing is that they arrived on time, as they said.

Almost 4 years after this bad experience, until today I dare to qualify. My mom had kidney damage, on March 28, 2018 at approximately 9am I requested an ambulance 3 BLOCKS from her location to take her to Lomas Hospital. They told me that in 10 minutes they would arrive, 25 passed and it did not arrive, I had to dial again and they told me that they were "preparing" the ambulance that they were already leaving, it took another 10 minutes. They arrived and my mother was on the 1st floor and could not stand, walk or sit, so they had to use the rescue stretcher and immobilize her head, waist, hands and feet so that she would not fall down the stairs. By immobilizing her very strongly from the waist, she caused reflux (which she could not prevent from going into her respiratory tract because her head was immobile and she was on her back) and she breathed in bronchially. The paramedics, instead of reacting with the patient, followed the path of taking her out of the house, putting her in the ambulance and starting to jam the stretcher, my dad, who is a doctor, could not see what was happening because he was entertained looking for the documents and I did not notice that my mother was coughing with foam, I saw in the distance but I did not know that she was breathing heavily because I am not a doctor, nurse or paramedic. When my dad got into the ambulance and realized that he had a respiratory arrest, not knowing that the reason was because he breathed heavily, he began to perform CPR while the paramedics continued to jam the stretcher and did not tell him what had happened. In the same way even if they had told him, they did not have the necessary equipment to save my mom. My complaint is due to the lack of training in these cases, they should have acted as soon as they saw that I was coughing, expelling saliva and not reacting, not waiting until they reached the ambulance and jam the stretcher, better my father began to perform CPR. Nobody noticed or didn't want to notice that she stopped breathing and didn't react until my dad got on. When they arrived at the hospital there was nothing to do, they just waited for their return stretcher, got paid and left. I just want them to better train their staff to distinguish when a person aspires to the lungs, since it can save other lives.
