En mi caso solicite el servicio a las 3:30 AM y llegaron a las 7:00 AM marque varias veces y dijeron que ya estaba agendado el servicio y que la ambulancia ya venía pero tardaron cerca de 3 horas en llegar. El problema es que si fueran claros en el tiempo de llegada uno podría tomar la decisión de esperar o buscar otra alternativa. They do not guarantee hours. Se hizo el traslado, al final aumentaron los costos y lo que en un inicio sería menos de $2,000, terminó en casi $8,000, no recomiendo este servicio en lo absoluto.
