★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal abusa de la situación de las personas. Le doy 2 estrellas porque cumplió en la entrega el producto acordado. Sin embargo, no recomiendo para nada dejarse aconsejar por ellos, si saben de antemano que producto necesitan soliciten eso y ya.
A la menor muestra de cordialidad abusan del cliente; a nosotros nos cobraron el costo total de un concentrador cuando ni siquiera lo ocupamos ni un día completo.
Sí, devolvieron el deposito pero se quedaron con nuestro dinero de los 10 días contratados.
Cuando reclamamos sobre esto ya no contestaron.
Staff abuse people's situation. I give it 2 stars because it fulfilled the agreed product upon delivery. However, I do not recommend at all to be advised by them, if they know in advance what product they need, request that and that's it.
At the slightest sign of cordiality they abuse the client; we were charged the full cost of a hub when we didn't even use it for a full day.
Yes, they returned the deposit but they kept our money for the 10 days contracted.
When we complained about this they no longer answered.
