★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trasladaron a mi familiar por covid, el personal de la ambulancia muy capaz y muy eficaz en todo el trayecto, la atención de ellos increíble.
PEro la que me atendió la llamada no sabe nada del tema y en vez de ayudarme primero me estaba regañando, luego que la esperara que me devolvia la llamada, fueron varios minutos que estuve esperando hasta que los paramedicos me marcaron, a mi parecer pierden mucho tiempo pasando la llamada. Por eso no le doy 5 estrellas.
They transferred my family member due to covid, the ambulance personnel were very capable and very efficient throughout the journey, their care was incredible.
But the one who answered the call does not know anything about the issue and instead of helping me she was first scolding me, then I waited for her to call me back, it was several minutes that I waited until the paramedics dialed me, in my opinion they lose a lot time passing the call. That is why I am not giving it 5 stars.
