★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el servicio no fue el esperado, pedimos ciertos arreglos florales y muchas rosas estaban marchitas además pedí un ramo de novia con tonos pasteles y me dieron uno totalmente diferente a los colores que yo pedí tuvimos que buscar otras opciones a ultimas horas antes de la boda realmente pasamos un mal rato , incluso la chica que contestaba los WhatsApp en ciertas ocasiones no sabia ni que le pedíamos como por ejemplo el mobiliario deseado y los montos totales que ya se habían pagado , el profesionalismo no se veía presente y aunque intentaron arreglarlo a ultima hora antes de la boda los resultados no fueron los deseados para el costo total que pagamos, no recomiendo Amel.
Unfortunately the service was not what was expected, we asked for certain flower arrangements and many roses were withered, I also asked for a wedding bouquet with pastel tones and they gave me one totally different from the colors I asked for, we had to look for other options in the last hours before the wedding. We really had a hard time, even the girl who answered the WhatsApp on certain occasions did not even know what we were asking for, for example, the desired furniture and the total amounts that had already been paid, the professionalism was not present and although they tried to fix it last hour before the wedding the results were not as desired for the total cost we paid, I do not recommend Amel.

*No llevan las cosas que uno solicita o ni lleva lo que uno rentó,( por eso no hacen contrato )
*Contratamos el servicio de mesero habíamos no cumplieron lo acordado con las medidas de higiene y lo necesario para los meseros, además pésimo servicio de los meseros, se roban la comida.
*Te hacen esperar para el montaje de la mesa al menos una hora, porque se les olvidó.
* El día del evento si algo está mal no te responden ni atienden tu caja.
*Pésimo servicio de la supuesta wedding planner.
* They are not punctual.
* They do not carry the things that one requests or nor do they carry what one rented, (for that reason they do not make a contract)
* We hired the waiter service, we had not complied with what was agreed with the hygiene measures and what was necessary for the waiters, also terrible service from the waiters, they steal the food.
* They make you wait for the table to be set up for at least an hour, because they forgot.
* On the day of the event, if something is wrong, they will not answer you or attend to your box.
* Terrible service from the supposed wedding planner.
