Would not recommend. The shower water didn’t drain, the toilet didn’t flush, the water didn’t get hot, the WiFi didn’t work, the back railing was broken and the front door didn’t work, mold everywhere, AC didn’t work. No view. 3 mile walk to get to down town tulum. 2 days after I left they charged me $483 for dirty sheets…. What?!? Currently in the process of disputing this with my credit card and filing a complaint with the better business buries. Scam artists- don’t stay here.

Overall the place was great minus the roads near by which are still not developed so it's very bumpy and dusty. The floors need to be cleaned a little better.

Stayed here for 10 days and it was absolutely amazing! The room was amazing and the rooftop private pool was a lovely touch! You are in the middle of the jungle so just make sure you pack the bug spray. There are a bunch of house geckos that eat all the little bugs so just watch out for the little guys!

Very beautiful!! Lots of construction near and maitnace in some other rooms that aren't done. Would suggest to rent bikes or have transportation ready.

Very nice place, clean and quiet. You can rent a bike on place. Very modern design. we fully recomended and we will come back for sure.

I can't remember the unit number I got but it was at the top, so it had the rooftop deck with dipping pool, bbq and restroom. It faced south and the wall with the neighbor was tall so I think I could have sunbathed naked if I wanted to. What I liked was the ample parking for our rental, great finishes and decor, comfy bed, comfy sectional, the big TV with airplay, and the elevator. This worked great for a short stay, but like someone said, it is too inconvenient for long term as it is far from town, the roads suck, and it is very dusty. Other things I didn't like: we found dirty dishes on the top shelf that the cleaning ladies probably can't even see (I know some jerk guest probably knew this and did it on purpose). Very dull knives with no sharpener available. Very tight restroom. No security. I didn't come here to work remote but I personally cannot work on wooden or plastic chairs and that is all you have in this apartment
