★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tengo más de un mes que pedí y pagué los productos y al día de hoy no me envían la guía. Cambiaron de vendedora y me dicen que supuéstamente ya enviaron el producto pero no me dan la guía ni me envían la factura desde hace más de una semana. Pésimo en verdad. Esperemos se resuelva pero hasta este momento de las peores experiencias de compra que he tenido y no los recomendaría.
 Terrible service, I have ordered and paid for the products for more than a month and as of today they do not send me the guide. They changed the salesperson and they tell me that they have already sent the product but they have not given me the guide or have sent me the invoice for more than a week. Terrible indeed. Hopefully it is resolved but until now one of the worst shopping experiences I have had and I would not recommend them.

Coml miembros del sector hotelero no recomiendo a esta empresa para nada.
Los productos son de cierta calidad pero de que sirve si NO LLEGAN.
Terrible service an order never arrived (they charged it and NEVER SENT IT) that was a long time ago and NOBODY is responsible.
As members of the hotel sector I do not recommend this company at all.
The products are of a certain quality but what is the use if they DO NOT ARRIVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nos llegaron 9 cajas de productos derramados, el seguimiento que nos dieron (supuesto gerente y vendedor) fue todo mentira, tenían toda la evidencia y quedaron en enviar la sustitución de los productos y por 3 meses nos dieron largas diciendo que estaba en camino sin querer darnos el número de guía. No los recomiendo.
Terrible service, we received 9 boxes of spilled product, the follow-up given (course manager and salesman) was all a lie, they had all the evidence and were to send replacement products and for 3 months we had long saying he was in way inadvertently give us the tracking number. I do not recommend.
