★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, por favor no rente aquí, el seguro que ofrecen en la pagina no es cierto y hay que pagarlo en el counter. Las personas que atienden se tardan montones de tiempo y para rematar cobran lo que no es. A nosotros nos hicieron un cargo por MX33,070 y era por MX3,070, paso mas de una semana para que hicieran la devolución y aun así perdimos $100 según ellos por temas de tasa. El carro totalmente sucio y le sonaba todo. Pésima, pésima experiencia. De las 10 personas que llegamos en ese momento todos tuvimos inconveniente. Duramos mas de 1 hora para la entrega del vehículo. De lo peor, no se le ocurra rentar aqui. Esto fue en Mexico DF

The people who attend take lots of time and to top up they charge what is not. We were charged MX33,070 and it was MX3,070, more than a week to make the return and we still lost $ 100 according to them for rate issues. The car totally dirty and it sounded everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una reserva online, el precio era bueno, pero al tratar de recojer el auto, me exigieron un deposito de $20,000 por seguros individuales por llantas, vidrios pintura etc. Cuando trate de cancelar dijeron que ellos.no podian hacer nada en el lugar, que tenia que cancelar desde los estados unidos. La informacion online para cancelaciones estipula que tenia que llamar desde la oficina donde recojeria el auto, en otra palabras, me mintieron y perdi mi dinero. Me voy a aseguar que mi familia y amigos no contraten servicios con esta compañia.
I made a reservation online, the price was good, but when trying to pick up the car, they demanded a deposit of $ 20,000 for individual insurance for tires, glass, paint, etc. When I tried to cancel they said that they couldn't do anything on the spot, that I had to cancel from the United States. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero no aceptaron la aseguranza que le había puesto al coche. Me costo $90 dólares adicionales . También transporte a mi gato y claro dejo algunos pelos en los asientos. Estos desgraciados nos cobraron $70 por limpiar el carro. No los recomiendo a nadie . Chinguen a su madre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pusieron a esperar más de una hora en el mostrador del aeropuerto para llevarme al garaje donde tenían los autos. Se aprovecharon de la urgencia que tenía por el auto y me hicieron un cobro adicional al ya pactado, supuestamente por un cargo administrativo (38 usd) y me entregaron un carro de menor gama al solicitado (sin vidrios eléctricos ni bloqueo central). Adicionalmente me fallo un foco mientras tenía el auto y quedaron en conseguirme un taller para llevarlo a reparar en la ciudad en la que estaba, cosa que nunca paso. Pésimos en todo sentido. Si se pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría.
They put me to wait more than an hour at the airport counter to take me to the garage where they had the cars. They took advantage of the urgency I had for the car and made an additional charge to the one already agreed, supposedly for an administrative charge (38 usd) and handed me a lower-range car than requested (without power windows or central locking). Additionally, a spotlight failed while I was in the car and they agreed to get me a workshop to take it to repair in the city where I was, which never happened. Terrible in every way. If I could give 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LO RECOMIENDO... REPITO NO LO RECOMIENDO. mejor vallan a hertz o a otra. pague el seguro full cover y me tienen retenidos 10 mil pesos x un rayon minusculo. no respetan la aseguranza k te venden. muy pesimo servicio. ese es el super rayon k me achacan.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ... REPITO DOES NOT RECOMMEND IT. Better go to hertz or another. I paid the full cover insurance and they have me withheld 10,000 pesos x a tiny rayon. They don't respect the insurance that they sell you. Very bad service. That is the super rayon that they blame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una reserva de un auto en AMERICA CAR RENTAL, Ciudad de Mexico. En Kayak, el precio que mostraba era de 210 dolares. Cuando llegamos a recoger el auto, nos informan que ese precio no era el total. Que tocaba, obligatoriamente, pagar un seguro. Primero nos ofrecieron un seguro de 1000 dolares, antes nuestra negativa, nos ofrecen uno de 800 dolares. Decidimos no aceptar y rentar en otra parte. La persona que nos atendió, nos dijo que teníamos que arreglar con Kayak para la devolución del dinero, pero llamamos a la oficina de AMERICA CAR RENTAL y nos dijeron que NO nos devolvían el dinero.
I made a reservation for a car at AMERICA CAR RENTAL, Mexico City. In Kayak, the price displayed was $210. When we arrived to pick up the car, they informed us that this price was not the total. That it was mandatory to pay insurance. First they offered us an insurance of 1000 dollars, before our refusal, they offered us one of 800 dollars. We decided not to accept and rent elsewhere. The person who attended us told us that we had to arrange with Kayak for the return of the money, but we called the AMERICA CAR RENTAL office and they told us that they would NOT return the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place, at the counter they charged us an insurance that was more than 2x the price of the car even though we already had an insurance made by rental cars.
Not only this but at the time that we arrived with our reservation they told us that they didn't have the car and only after two and a half hours they got us a car that was with the car headlight broken.
