★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My credit card provides the best insurance available. They still tried to scam me to pay insurance again. I provided my letter for my full coverage insurance that my credit card provides and tried to pay their ridiculous $7000 deposit but part of their scam is that their machine won’t charge that much. They blamed my card company but I got chase on the phone twice and chase said their machine isn’t sending them anything.
They do any and everything to get you to buy extra insurance including acting like your credit card is being declined when it’s really the way their machine is set up.
Reporting to corperate as soon as vacation is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! They will lie, cheat and steal >$1000 from you. Hidden insurance fees of $450 even if you've already bought insurance because they refuse to work with other insurance companies. Then they charged $600 for a car returned with no damages, ignoring photo evidence provided at drop off.

First they try to charge $13,500 for a deposit if you decline their insurance, but then even if you are ready to put that deposit on your credit card, they will decline your card and make you buy their insurance for $200. We called our credit card company to get a letter confirming we had car rental coverage, and to confirm that we had enough credit available to cover the huge deposit. Still nothing worked. Shady and annoying, we had to take a shuttle back to the airport to rent from a different company.

a huge scam. We had rented a car for 3 weeks and we already fixed an all-in insurance from a third pary upfront. When we arrived we could take the rental car only if we took an extra insurance of €370 (this was absolutely not optional).
Never rent a car from this company and never pay in advance because you will regret it.
Canceling the rental and getting a refund was absolutely not an option with this company. Because the pick-up address of the cars is not at the airport but on a deserted site, you also have little choice to go for another option.
The only positive was the car and the way of returning it
Eventually we got a car and we had two insurance policies, in short we paid way too much.
