My suitcase was sent to another destination and they told me that they were going to send it to my house the next day and nothing is still waiting for three days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor, llame para preguntar acerca de el examen de covid que se pide para poder viajar ya que mi hija tenia un vuelo al siguiente dia y la mujer que me atendio muy despota y mal humorada; muy grosera, que se busque otro trabajo porque cok ese servicio deja mucho que desear y american airlines hagan mejor selección de su personal!!
Of the worst, I called to ask about the covid test that is requested to be able to travel since my daughter had a flight the next day and the woman who attended me was very despotic and in a bad mood; very rude, that she looks for another job because cok that service leaves much to be desired and american airlines make a better selection of their staff !!
