 Terrible, the employee in charge is disrespectful to the customers, you go shopping and he takes you out of the store, unfortunate because he ruins the good work of the girls who are very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrada comprar en American eagle pero esta sucursal en específico está terrible, no te dejan en paz, súper hostigosos, no se que entrenamiento les den pero de verdad prefieres salir de la tienda sin comprar. Además de que parece que estás robando con las miradas sospechosas súper incomodo.
I like shopping at American eagle but this specific branch is terrible, they don't leave you alone, super harassing, I don't know what training they give them but you really prefer to leave the store without buying. In addition to the fact that it seems that you are stealing with the suspicious looks, super uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta la atención de este lugar, honestamente los chicos que atienden solo están haciendo su trabajo (lo que se les pide hacer) yo amo que me pregunten y personalicen mi servicio, precisamente por eso es mi tienda favorita de todas las qué hay.
La gente que dice que se siente hostigada pues vayan a Zara o alguna otra tienda de Retail donde el servicio sea pésimo para que los ignoren.
I love the attention of this place, honestly the guys who attend are just doing their job (what they are asked to do) I love that they ask me and personalize my service, precisely for that reason it is my favorite store of all the ones there are.
People who say they feel harassed should go to Zara or some other retail store where the service is lousy so they can be ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal el servicio. Al querer súper amables lo que hacen es agobiar y molestar. No dejan ver la ropa tranquilamente. Aparte que tienen cero tolerancia con los niños. Me sacaron con mis hijos porque iba a voltear maniquíes. Y no cercan estábamos de ellos. Mis hijos estaban jugando cartas pokemon. Ni al caso. Solo vine a cambiar un regalo. Seguramente jamás volveré. Muy mal
Horrible service. By wanting to be super friendly, what they do is overwhelm and annoy. They do not let you see the clothes quietly. Apart from that they have zero tolerance with children. They took me out with my children because I was going to turn over mannequins. And we were not close to them. My kids were playing pokemon cards. Not to the case. I just came to exchange a present. I will surely never return. Very badly

Al momento de probarme la ropa la chava te pregunta por tu nombre, lo cual hace una experiencia más confortable y personal, una vez que sales te pregunta si fue de tu agrado o necesitas alguna talla para poder apoyarte.
