Hice una compra que el establecimiento no proceso por un error en el domicilio, me congelaron el saldo y primero me dijeron que en 24 a 72 horas se liberaría pero una semana después me dicen que van a tardar de 7 a 21 días en liberarlo. De verdad se me hace pésimo eso!!!!! Como es posible que tarden casi que un mes en descongelar una compra que ya pague con otra tarjeta. De verdad que que decepción 7 años manejando banamex y nunca he tenido un problema así.
Horrible!!!! They were supposed to be the best and blah blah blah and it's not true !!! I have been with your card for 3 weeks and I want to cancel it! I made a purchase that the establishment did not process due to an error at home, they frozen my balance and first told me that in 24 to 72 hours it would be released but a week later they tell me that it will take 7 to 21 days to release it. I really feel that bad! As it may take almost a month to unfreeze a purchase you already pay with another card. Really, that disappointment 7 years driving Banamex and I've never had a problem like that.
