★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the BEST transfer service from the Cancun Airport to the Hotel Zone! After paying $90.00 for years to get from the airport to the hotel zone (one way) I decided to try American Transfers! Wow was I surprised! I booked on line just 5 hours before we got to the airport, they texted me back immediately, no paying upfront, they were at the airport waiting for us. We paid the taxi driver once we arrived at our hotel. This is truly a great company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never showed up to pick up my family! I was standing alone with kids trying to find a ride to the hotel. I called and texted a million times and someone called back 3 HOURS LATER!!!!! Stay away, this is not a way to start your vacation.
