★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Claramente pregunté antes de comprar varias partes si las podría regresar si no las llegara a necesitar, me confirmaron que si. Ya que regrese con el material que no necesite, la contadora me informó que no existen devoluciones, solo me podían dar crédito. Para darme crédito además querían cobrarme 20% del total par reinventarlo. Querían que les pagara yo extra otro 20% para que me dieran a crédito el material que me habían dicho que podría regresar. Pésimo servicio de esa contadora.
Terrible customer service. Clearly I asked before buying several parts if I could return them if I did not need them, they confirmed that I did. Since I return with the material that I do not need, the accountant informed me that there are no returns, they could only give me credit. To give me credit they also wanted to charge me 20% of the total to reinvent it. They wanted me to pay them an extra 20% to give me on credit the material they had told me I could return. Terrible service from that accountant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buen servicio son muy atentos , pero las oficinas siempre están sucias las veces que hido y eso que ya voy como a las 12 deberían de cuidar ese detalle de la limpieza . saludos
