2 menus for 5 people, no wine menu
Asked for butter three times before arriving
Bread was stale, one had been dropped in water
Ordered Prosecco and an apple soda was delivered
Ordered diet soda and a regular soda was delivered
No service so I had to serve myself water, TWICE
Ordered a blended margarita and an over the rocks was served
1.25 hrs before food arrived after order
We would have ordered dessert, had it been offered
No, I'm not kidding. It was the worst dining experience of my life. Today we laugh about it.
I filed a complaint with the hotel concierge, no compensation, no acknowledgement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food at Restaurante Amici which is at the 2nd floor of Sheraton, Mexico City! The restaurant is Italian but they also have a Mexican menu. The waiters and host were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered pasta, risotto, steak, and were very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful!!! The people are lovely and are so willing to help you get what you want. The decor and the hotel are just marvelous. If you travel to Mexico City this is the place you want to eat and to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining at Amici was a highlight of our trip to CDMX. The staff, especially Ana Marie and Miguel, were attentive, friendly, fun and professional. But, the food! It was superb! Everything about our meal was perfect! My wife and I had the pear and gogonzola salad, the caprese salad, the lasagna, and lamb pansotti and both enjoyed our desserts. Another highlight was an after dinner digestive recommended by Miguel, Liquor Strega. So much fun! Don't miss this jewel of a restaurant!
