Estuve en Ciudad de México buscando un lugar que me ofreciera lo mismo y en realidad no encontré, claro que me faltaron lugares por conocer. Me encantan sus clases. 100 % recomendable para una primera experiencia en la práctica de yoga, por sus clases me enamoré de la yoga.
Your classes very good. Everyone is very attentive and kind. I was in Mexico City looking for a place that offered me the same and I did not really find it, of course I did not have places to meet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece una muy buena opción para practicar yoga; hay una variedad extensa de maestros cada uno con su estilo por lo que se puede probar diferentes estilos de yoga. En un principio me pareció un poco complicado escuchar las posturas por sus nombres; pero después de un mes me doy cuenta que el cuerpo se va acostumbrando a escuchar esos nombres y la clase se me va volviendo más fluida. También me parece bueno que ahora hay otras opciones de actividades como ciclying, enduro, box, funcional y otras actividades.
I think it's a very good option to practice yoga; There is an extensive variety of teachers each with their own style so you can try different styles of yoga. At first it seemed a bit complicated to hear the positions by their names; but after a month I realize that the body is getting used to hearing those names and the class is becoming more fluid. I also find it good that there are now other options for activities such as ciclying, enduro, box, functional and other activities.
