★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Muy limpio y tranquilo. Solo fue una noche pero La atención en buena. La alberca y habitaciones limpias . Sin duda regresaría.
 Excellent service. Very clean and quiet. It was only one night but the attention was good. The pool and clean rooms. I would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos una reserva por 4 noches; el primer día llegamos tarde y dejaron a una persona mayor (muy amable) de guardia en recepción quien nos pidió cubrir el total de la reserva para dejarnos dormir ahí. Le dijimos que era extraño pero reiteró que tenía que ser así por lo que lo hicimos. Al día siguiente pedimos que sólo se cubriera la noche que habíamos dormido porque tuvimos cambio de planes y nos dijeron que No había reembolsos… pareció una estrategia de engaño que en nada corresponde con un lugar que se supone serio.
Adicionalmente es ruidoso, huele a tiner y para nada es familiar. No tiene puertas en e baño (ni siquiera el WC) y se oye todo. El personal no está capacitado para tomar decisiones y son intransigentes y con poco sentido común.
We made a reservation for 4 nights; The first day we arrived late and they left an elderly person (very friendly) on duty at the reception who asked us to cover the total amount of the reservation to let us sleep there. We told him it was strange but he reiterated that it had to be that way so we did it. The next day we asked that only the night we slept be covered because we had a change of plans and they told us that there were no refunds ... it seemed like a deception strategy that in no way corresponds to a place that is supposed to be serious.
Additionally it is noisy, smells like tincture and is not familiar at all. There are no doors in the bathroom (not even the toilet) and you can hear everything. The staff are not trained to make decisions and are uncompromising and with little common sense.

El personal muy amable y el que sea PetFriendly es magnífico.
