★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I triple checked their cancellation policies and windows before booking through Hotels.com as my trip was not yet 100% sure.
A couple days later I checked again and I canceled well within their shown window.
To my surprise when I received my card statement they had charged the full amount of my stay and as soon as I disputed they updated their policies on Hotels.com and refused to reimburse me.
So if you want to go there be aware that they don't take cancellations, they won't honor their policies, and they don't accept it if they make any mistakes.
Apparently for them, the customer is never right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How beautiful place, all the staff is highly polite and professional, everything is perfect at the hotel, my wife and I had a 4 hands massage, to be honest we have been in several spas around the world but OMG the 4 hands massage has been the best of the best, please try it out! It’s very affordable and the experience it’s fantastic.
We also had the experience in the “temazcal” the girl that conducted the experience was terrific, she took care of us all the time.
The restaurant is good, I suggest to provide more authentic food experience more than Mexican fissions, I like it most of the food but I was hopping and authentic “pipián verde” and it was not the best. I hope they could have “dobladas de pollo”
But still a great food experience.
This please is 100% better than “Hostal de la Luz”.
We also had the ? tour, it was unreal!
Stop looking this place is phenomenal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for a couples getaway from CDMX for a day or two. The pool area is stunning and relaxing. The hotel property is full of lush greenery. The food was delicious and breakfast was included. We enjoyed how private the experience was and politeness of other guests. The wifi worked great!
Make sure to book one of the renovated rooms. We preferred to stay on the property vs. venturing into the town. One thing worth noting is hearing mild sounds like music and dogs barking from your at night.
