Tienen tanta finura como las finas hierbas que destacan en su pan al ponerlo en la plancha, aunque sin duda el "chimi" hecho por ellos es la estrella en cada bocado (cantidad de aceite perfecta para dar sabor, pero sin escurrirse fuera del pan), y en combinación con el chorizo talla XL hace que el costo beneficio te deje con un gran sabor de boca (literal). La atención te hace sentir muy a gusto, y en verdad el precio es una ganga comparado con cualquier lugar en CDMX que te ofrezca un choripán. Una gran opción para satisfacer el antojo, experiencia de 5 estrellas... (lo único que le faltaría es un mate para acompañarlo y un alfajor para después, pero eso obviamente está fuera del gran servicio y producto que ofrecen). Sooooo satisfied, but above all surprised with this more gourmet version than any "chori" you could find on the streets of Buenos Aires.
