Definitivo volverán porque además terminaron agotadas y felices! ? Al llegar el personal se porto muy amable, pero realmente olía muy mal, te dicen que tienen habitaciones acorde al tamaño de los cachorros, yo vi que los tienen un poco revueltos, es muy pequeño el lugar para que atiendan a 40 perros, como capacidad máxima, tenían unos en los "salones" de recreo, pero los vi sin que hicieran alguna actividad o interactuaran con el personal. A mi me pareció, los sacas de la jaula para ponerlos en otra más grande... Por otro lado vi que había un perro con ansiedad de separación, mordiendo la jaula y ellos excusaron que el perro está casi siempre con ellos (dueños ausentes) es por ello que padecía eso, le pregunté que acción tomaban y no respondió, por lo que a mí parecer es sumamente importante que cuenten con un protocolo para atender esta situación. Espero no tener que requerir nunca sus servicios. I went to see the facilities and I didn't like them, it's new because they have a pool, I touched the water and it was cold. On the other hand, I saw that there was a dog with separation anxiety, biting the cage and they excused that the dog is almost always with them (absent owners) that is why he suffered from that, I asked him what action they took and he did not answer, so in my opinion it is extremely important that they have a protocol to deal with this situation.
