Al llegar ni siquiera preguntaron mi nombre. Me atendieron con flojera.
Pregunté cosas sobre mi tratamiento y la mujer respondió bien cortante.
Me lastimaron mis párpados y algunas pestañas quedaron súper chuecas, como chicharrón. De un lado se me ven medio enchinadas y del otro ya se ven casi como llegué, esto tiene días. Ni siquiera se despidieron bien. Yo fui siempre bien amable.
No es caro, pero hay personas profesionales que tu belleza se la toman como propia, ahí sí es, amix, pero no en este lugar.
Terrible customer service.
When they arrived they didn't even ask my name. They treated me lazily.
I asked questions about my treatment and the woman answered very curtly.
They hurt my eyelids and some eyelashes were super crooked, like pork rinds. On one side they see me half-cheeked and on the other they already look almost like I arrived, this has days. They didn't even say goodbye. I was always very kind.
It is not expensive, but there are professional people who take your beauty as their own, there it is, amix, but not in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero atención. El lugar tiene un ambiente muy tenso y la chica que me realizó mi corte me dañó mi cabello y numerosas veces me quemó con la secadora, además de que recibí muchos jalones. El precio no vale el servicio que recibí. Fue mi peor experiencia en una estética. Bye.

El día de la cita nos tuvieron esperando ahí más de 15 minutos (aunque ya habíamos agendado lugar, con tiempo y ya habían realizado la llamada de confirmación) , ya que nos atendieron pues todo iba normal. El servicio fue bastante caro para lo que te ofrecen, mis uñas aparentemente se veían "bien" pero al sentirlas estaban muy boludas, no me duraron porque al siguiente día una ya se me había caído, dos días después otra y así sucesivamente. Mande mensaje para comentarles lo sucedido y servicio siguió siguiendo fatal porque no obtuve respuesta. Les recomiendo que busquen mejores opciones porque ir ahí es ir a regalar tu dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las uñas no valen la pena, quizás el material que utilizan o la técnica son el problema. Fui con 2 amigas y a todas se nos cayeron uñas cuando no había pasado ni una semana, además de que los precios pueden llegar a ser un poco elevados y el manicure (que solo consiste en quitarte la cutícula y peor aún sin mucho cuidado) se cobra aparte, elevando aún más el precio. Cuando reclame por la mala aplicación no recibí la mejor atención ya que me querían cobrar aún más y al final me dejaron en visto sin agendarme una cita para la reposición de uñas.
Sinceramente no lo recomiendo; no se dejen llevar por lo que aparece en redes sociales.
The nails are not worth it, perhaps the material used or the technique is the problem. I went with 2 friends and we all lost our nails when not even a week had passed, in addition to the fact that the prices can be a bit high and the manicure (which only consists of removing the cuticle and worse still without much care) is charged apart, further raising the price. When I complained about the bad application, I did not receive the best attention since they wanted to charge me even more and in the end they left me on sight without scheduling an appointment for nail replacement.
I honestly don't recommend it; Don't get carried away by what appears on social networks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente está bonito pero ya adentro se nota el descuido del mobiliario, como todo es rosa, ya se notan sucios los sillones. Mi mala experiencia es que pregunté si tenían corte para niñas y dijeron que sí, pero tuvieron a mi hija parada todo el tiempo del corte porque sus sillones no son adecuados. Definitivamente, no repetiré.
Apparently it is nice but once inside you can see the carelessness of the furniture, since everything is pink, the armchairs are already dirty. My bad experience is that I asked if they had a girl's court and they said yes, but they had my daughter standing the entire time of the court because their chairs are not suitable. I will definitely not repeat.
